Within two working days for general inquiries. Partnership and
press requests are usually handled the same week. If your request
is time-sensitive, mark it in the subject line and we'll
prioritize.
I want to volunteer - how do I start?
Select "Volunteer / pro bono" in the form and tell us what skills
you'd like to contribute (mentorship, financial literacy, design,
video, etc.) and how many hours per month feels realistic. We'll
match you to the program where you'll have the most impact.
Can I visit your office?
Yes - visits are by appointment only. Reach out via the form with
your preferred dates and we'll coordinate. We'd love to walk you
through what a cohort day actually looks like.
How do I get media or press materials?
Select "Press & media" in the form. We'll send you our press
kit, logo files, recent impact figures, and connect you with our
communications lead for interviews.
Is FFWDI a registered non-profit?
Yes. FFWDI is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of
Nigeria. All donations are tax-deductible under Nigerian CITA. We
can share our registration documents on request.
